  6.   cd <dirname>
  7.      --- changes the current directory to "dirname"
  8.   dir [time] [file] [dirs] [size] [new]
  9.      --- lists the files and directories in the current directory,
  10.          various options control what is listed
  11.          time  -- shows times/dates on files
  12.          file  -- only show files
  13.          dirs  -- only show subdirectories
  14.          size  -- show sizes of files
  15.          new   -- show files sorted by date, most recent first
  16.   top
  17.      --- takes you to the top of the directory tree
  18.   xdown <filename>   (or use get or dl)
  19.      --- use selected protocol to download a file called "filename"
  20.   xup <filename>     (or use put or ul)
  21.      --- use selected protocol to upload a file called "filename"
  22.   describe <filename>
  23.      --- show the long file description about a file
  24.   alias perm|temp <mycom> <some vbbs command string>
  25.      --- allows you (or the Sysop) to build custom commands, or make
  26.          abbreviated commands.  The "perm" and "temp" flags indicate
  27.          whether this is a permanent alias or it is a temporary one
  28.          that will be discarded at the next menu change.
  29.   display <filename>
  30.      --- used by the Sysop in menu files to display text menus (like this
  31.          one).  To see this file type: "display help"
  32.   prompt <filename>
  33.      --- used by the Sysop in menu files to set the small prompting
  34.          menu.
  35.   confer
  36.      --- type this command to join the multi-user conference, to exit from
  37.          the conference type a CTRL-Z character.
  38.   bye
  39.      --- type this command to exit from the BBS.
  40.   login
  41.      --- type this command to log into your account to set your
  42.          access level.  Normally you will not have to do this, as it
  43.          is done in the first screen.
  44.   feedback next|prev|first|last|again|goto|enter|reply [number]
  45.      --- this command is used to read the feedback message section, usually
  46.          the Sysop will alias it (like I have done in the message section)
  47.          next  = show next message         prev = show previous message
  48.          first = show first message        last = show last message
  49.          again = show message again        goto = goto message number
  50.          enter = enter a new message      reply = reply to the current msg
  51.          "number" is an optional number used in the "goto" command.
  52.   password
  53.      --- use this command to change your password
  54.   upgrade
  55.      --- use this command to upgrade your account by caching in
  56.          an IceBBS access coupon for this BBS.
